The conductive silicone rubber elastomer strip are made by metal powder and silicon. It has excellent EMI shielding effectiveness and environment sealing and long life time. The conductive fillers are nickel graphite, silver glass, silver aluminum, silver copper. In addition to managing EMI emissions and susceptibility, conductive gaskets are used for environmental sealing. With proper compression, these gaskets can seal out rain (NEMA 3), withstand pressure washing (IP65, IP66, NEMA 4X) and prohibit water ingress during submersion (IP67, NEMA 6).
EMI shielding materials are an extension of silicone rubber capabilities - EMI gaskets can be die cut, water jet cut or compression molded from electrically conductive silicone rubber compounds with age and weather resistance or conductive fluorosilicone rubber for additional chemical resistance.
We have standard size and shapes, we could also extruded, molded and die-cut any shapes or size as the customer design and requirements.
